How can you grab your audience—and hold them—if your stories aren’t engaging? During our January learning lab, which is complimentary to SMPS members, discover how to create a good story. Participants will learn skills needed to communicate their messages as a firm/and as an individual. Discover ways to reach your desired audiences and strengthen presentation skills by understanding the basics of storytelling, including tips and tricks on how to market yourself and your firm.

During this webinar, participants will learn:

  • Ways to communicate effectively
  • Tips and tricks on how to market products and services so your firm can stand out
  • The five parts that make up a good story
  • Tips to make a good elevator speech
  • How to create a personal tagline

 

Presenter: Krystle English, MBA, CPSM, SmithGroup
Krystle English is a senior marketing coordinator with SmithGroup where she’s not afraid to jump in headfirst into any project. Krystle believes that great design begins with a story and that great architecture helps to preserve those stories. This philosophy has shaped her decade-long career in the A/E/C industries. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), with an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a double B.S. in marketing and multinational business administration from Florida State University.
