Jen grew up admiring how her dad, a GE Regional Customer Service Manager, cultivated people through mentorship, motivation, and training. Over 20 years ago, Jen entered the professional services industry and built a career working for AEC firms. To make a broader impact, she started a successful agency coaching technical professionals out of their comfort zone to connect with clients to build businesses that support families and communities using many of the techniques she learned from her dad. The role of passionate people cultivator has become her family legacy and continues with her two children who have also joined the A/E/C industry.

Jen’s mission is to raise a new generation of firm leaders who are confidently, and enthusiastically helping their firms grow. As Elevate's official "Energizer Bunny" Jen guides Elevate clients in creating successful business development plans that accomplish strategic business goals while building their relationship development skills. Her unique approach to engagement coupled with customized programs using real examples, real clients, real plans with action items, and methods of accountability to ensure learning is extended to implementation. And, Jen makes the process fun! As an International speaker, Jen has presented hundreds of live and virtual workshops for firms as well as industry associations such as ACEC, WTS, SMPS, SAME, NAIOP among others.
